Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
* Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content.
* Manage the brand's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website.
* Optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and achieve marketing goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
* Analyse marketing data and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
* Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
* Write compelling product descriptions, blog articles, and other marketing materials to attract and engage the target audience.
* Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
* Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with copywriting abilities.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse marketing data.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers through social media engagement, customer feedback, and community management.
