Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing and Branding Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on 360-degree marketing strategies. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can effectively plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Email marketing, Influencer marketing, Content Marketing, PR, and Brand management. Exceptional English communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
* Manage and oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, video production and podcasting, and Webinars.
* Plan and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
* Lead efforts in influencer marketing to build strong relationships with key industry figures and drive brand awareness.
* Manage video content production, including video shooting and podcasting, as well as Webinars to create engaging content for various platforms.
* Oversee the online reputation management of the founder and the company, ensuring a positive brand image across all digital platforms.
* Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand presence in the market.
* Coordinate and manage the company's participation in international exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
* Develop and maintain brand management strategies, focusing on positioning, visibility, and recognition in the market.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across all channels and marketing materials.
* Demonstrate strong accountability and take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering measurable results.
* Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing activities, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
* Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and brand management.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal—this is a non-negotiable requirement.
* Proven experience in managing online reputation for individuals and companies.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
* Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
