Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Content Writer with a solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, application, and security monitoring, as well as unified observability. The ideal candidate will possess both technical knowledge and an analyst background in content writing, with a flair for designing, authoring, and orchestrating content. This role involves creating engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, planning and designing content strategies, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
* Develop, write, and edit high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blogs, website copy, email campaigns, product brochures, and more.
* Translate complex technical concepts related to infrastructure, networks, application, and security monitoring into clear, concise, and engaging content.
* Leverage an analyst background to provide in-depth insights and analysis within content, offering value to readers.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in content.
Content Strategy & Planning:
* Plan and design content strategies that align with the company\'s marketing goals and objectives.
* Develop content calendars and manage the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring timely delivery of content.
* Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance the company\'s online presence and lead generation efforts.
Campaign Design & Execution:
* Design and roll out content-driven marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media content, and landing pages.
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is integrated into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
SEO & Content Optimization:
* Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
* Continuously improve and refine content based on keyword research and SEO trends.
Collaboration & Coordination:
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with the company\'s branding.
* Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed for content production and design.
Brand Voice & Consistency:
* Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all platforms.
* Uphold high editorial standards and ensure all content is error-free and meets company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field. A background in computer science, engineering, or a technical discipline is a plus.
Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in content writing, with a preference for candidates who have an analyst content writing background, particularly in the tech industry.
* Proven experience in planning and executing content-driven marketing campaigns.
Technical Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, application, and security monitoring.
* Familiarity with unified observability concepts and related technologies.
Skills:
* Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of the English language.
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
* Proficiency in SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
* Strong analytical skills to incorporate insights and analysis into content.
