* The Hospital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient footfalls and enhance the hospital's visibility in the community. This role requires strong communication skills, a presentable appearance, and the ability to effectively manage a marketing team while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase patient footfalls and enhance the hospital's brand presence in the community.
Outreach Programs:
Plan and coordinate new outreach programs aimed at promoting hospital services and engaging with the local population.
Social Media Marketing
Ability to create content and work in coordination with designers to create catchy and effective social media content. Monitor social media content and apt reply to queries / comments on posts in social media essential.
Budgeting and Planning:
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and provide maximum return on investment.
Supervision of Marketing Team:
Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all marketing activities comply with the hospital's policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records, including registers and Google Sheets, for all marketing activities.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyse the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, preparing monthly presentations on outcomes and adjustments needed for future initiatives.
Public Relations:
Foster strong relationships with other departments within the hospital to ensure cohesive communication and collaboration on marketing efforts.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with the community to promote hospital services and build a positive public image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
