ROLE TASKS OF MARKETING EXECUTIVE
1. Marketing Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, such as online ads, social media, email campaigns & personal selling.
* Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints to build and maintain a strong brand image.
* Product Launches: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and customer interest.
· Marketing strategy: Devising and carrying out marketing plans to attract potential clients and convert them into customers
· Sales campaigns: Coordinating sales campaigns and overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms
· Brand communication: Communicating the brand's message to potential clients
· Business relations: Maintaining business relations with real estate agents by sending newsletters and providing project updates
· Budget: Monitoring A&P budget and expenditure within the approved budget
· Marketing research: Conducting marketing competitor research
· Social media: Handling social media and content marketing and visual
· Website: Keeping track of company website information and monitoring all enquiries daily
· Conduct the market study before the product launch and help the sales team.
* Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
2. Coordination & Reporting:
* Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and sales initiatives.
* Event Planning: Organize and participate in events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.
* Sales and Marketing Reports: Prepare regular reports on the performance of sales and marketing activities, including KPIs like lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
