About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive with a technical or development background to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a provider of a server management panel, it\'s important for the candidate to have a basic technical understanding to effectively communicate our product\'s features. While coding skills are not required, the ability to understand the technical aspects of the product is necessary.
In this role, you will focus on creating and implementing marketing strategies, both digital and go-to-market, while also playing a key role in customer success by gathering feedback from users. Additionally, you will need to analyze important data and graphs to ensure data-driven marketing executions.
While this position is posted by RunCloud (Malaysia), the position is under the payroll of our Indian counterpart, Etica Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and go-to-market campaigns.
* Work with product and customer success teams to collect feedback and improve user engagement.
* Analyze data and graphs to make data-driven marketing decisions.
* Collaborate with the development and support teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product.
* Assist with customer success initiatives, ensuring smooth communication with users and gathering key insights.
* Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
Requirements:
* A technical or development background with a solid understanding of how to communicate product features effectively.
* Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or strategy implementation.
* Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation and decision-making.
* Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
