Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing/Branding/Digital marketing
CRM and Call Center
Business DevelopmentMust have experience in: -
Heading Branding and marketing department of any retail sales/service chain of multi-city basedbusiness
Responsible for :-
* Planning, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities, results and ROI
.• Managing creative/advertising agencies and retainer partners.
* Increase website traffic, SEO, digital promotions and improve sales.
* Managing digital platforms for floating and promoting offers, marketing campaigns.
* Footfall improvement/ lead generation for Company\'s outlets and subsequent sales improvement
.• Ensuring brand awareness and positioning of the brand in the industry.• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts•
* Branding and Marketing auditing of Company\'s outlets and ensuring corrections.• Responsible for KPI for daily/weekly reporting of Marketing team, setting objectives and deliveringresults.
* Budgeting of Marketing and Branding requirementsPreferred:
-Profiles demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing.Headed Marketing/Branding department in any hospitality industry, personal care & beauty, Fitness & wellnesschains, lifestyle management clinic chainsKey skills:
Expertise in Marketing campaigns, should be tech savvy, Knowledge of Web analytics and digitalmarketing
