Position Overview:

We\'re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead , who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a proven track record of driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, focusing on growing awareness and demand for Stark.Ai\'s AI-powered recruitment platform. You\'ll need a strong understanding of B2B marketing, though B2C experience is also highly valued. As an individual contributor, you'll develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to help scale our business and solidify our footprint in the recruitment tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the Marketing Strategy : Develop, execute, and manage the overall marketing plan to support Stark.Ai\'s rapid growth, ensuring that campaigns drive awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
* Digital Marketing : Lead all digital marketing efforts across channels such as SEO/SEM, email, content marketing, paid ads, and social media. Drive targeted campaigns that resonate with our recruiter audience.
* Content Development : Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality, engaging content for diverse platforms, including blogs, case studies, webinars, video content, and more.
* Lead Generation & Nurturing : Spearhead campaigns designed to capture high-quality leads, building and nurturing relationships throughout the recruitment funnel—from awareness to decision-making stages.
* Brand Positioning & Messaging : Own the development and continuous iteration of our brand positioning, communication strategies, and key messaging to distinguish Stark.Ai as the premier recruitment AI platform.
* Data-Driven Approach : Use analytics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing activities, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic planning. Master A/B testing and iteratively improve performance.
* Partnerships & Collaboration : Establish and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and recruitment industry experts to drive brand collaboration opportunities.
* Startup Agility : Adapt to shifting priorities quickly and efficiently, contributing innovative ideas and being able to execute with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

* 7-10 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably for B2B SaaS or tech-oriented companies; B2C experience is also valuable.
* Proven track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
* Strong understanding of various marketing channels including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media platforms, email, and content marketing.
* Excellent understanding of metrics, analytics, and A/B testing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
* Ability to create content that captures both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
