A Brand Marketing Manager with leadership qualities in a spiritual organization would be responsible for managing and promoting the organization\'s image, message, and values while ensuring it aligns with the organization\'s spiritual mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Management
* Develop and execute the overall brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the spiritual mission of the organization.
* Maintain consistency in brand identity across all channels, including digital platforms, video content, social media, and print materials.
* Lead efforts to promote the organization's programs, events, and initiatives through a unified brand message.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Oversee marketing teams including content creators, graphic designers, social media managers, and video editors.
* Provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure all teams deliver high-quality, mission-aligned work.
* Facilitate collaboration between teams, ensuring smooth coordination across content, visual design, and video production.
3. Video Production and Editing Oversight
* Work closely with the video editing team to develop compelling video content that communicates the organization\'s spiritual messages and programs.
* Ensure that all video projects, from concept to final production, align with the brand's tone, visual style, and message.
* Manage the production timeline and quality control for all video outputs, including promotional videos, event recordings, and social media clips.
4. Content Creation and Management
* Oversee the development of content across multiple formats (written, visual, video) to support the organization's events, spiritual teachings, and community-building efforts.
* Manage the content calendar to ensure timely promotion of programs and consistent messaging across platforms.
* Ensure that all content reflects the organization\'s spiritual mission and resonates with the target audience.
5. Digital Marketing & Social Media
* Lead digital marketing efforts, including website updates, email marketing, and social media management, to increase engagement and brand awareness.
* Collaborate with the social media team to create campaigns that engage the community and promote spiritual values.
* Use SEO and other digital marketing strategies to enhance the organization\'s online presence.
6. Event Promotion & Campaign Management
* Develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote events, workshops, retreats, and spiritual services.
* Ensure that all teams contribute to event promotion efforts, including visual design, video content, and social media outreach.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all channels, including video content performance.
* Use data to refine strategies, optimize campaign effectiveness, and enhance team performance.
* Regularly provide insights and reports to leadership on key marketing metrics, such as community engagement, brand awareness, and content performance.
8. Brand Integrity & Innovation
* Protect the integrity of the organization\'s brand by ensuring all marketing materials uphold its values and mission.
* Stay updated on marketing trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to improve the organization\'s brand presence, especially through video and digital platforms.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience: 5+ years in brand management, marketing, or content creation, with leadership experience in managing creative teams.
Specific experience in video production and editing oversight is a must.
· Industry Experience: Experience in non-profit, mission-driven, or spiritual organizations is preferred.
