Job Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand and Marketing Manager with an MBA in Marketing and 4+ years of experience in any industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, digital and traditional marketing, Marcom, and PR. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Lead branding initiatives to enhance our brand identity and reputation
- Manage Marcom and PR activities to maintain a strong market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve ROI-driven results
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in branding, digital marketing, and Marcom
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
