Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute a comprehensive
marketing strategy that integrates digital and offline channels to effectively reach and
engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, holistic marketing
approaches, and traditional marketing methods. A strong background in marketing
analytics is essential to measure performance and optimize strategies for maximum
impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that
integrates digital and offline marketing efforts. Ensure alignment with overall business
goals and objectives.
Digital Marketing: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various
platforms, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid
advertising. Utilize best practices to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as print
advertising, events, trade shows, direct mail, and public relations. Coordinate with
vendors and partners to ensure effective execution.
Marketing Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics tools and methodologies to track,
measure, and report on campaign performance. Analyze data to gain insights,
identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content for
both digital and offline channels. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Campaign Management: Manage and oversee marketing campaigns from
conception through execution and evaluation. Ensure campaigns are delivered on
time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand
market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine
marketing strategies and tactics.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate
resources effectively and ensure cost-efficiency in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in
digital marketing, holistic marketing strategies, and offline marketing. Demonstrated
success in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Proficient in traditional marketing methods and strategies. Excellent analytical skills
with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google
Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems. Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, social
media management, and content management systems (CMS).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
effectively present ideas and information to various stakeholders.
