1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and conversion.
4. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Plan and execute promotional activities (digital, print, events).
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, production).
7. Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and technological advancements.
8. Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
9. Develop and manage marketing budgets.
\\*Requirements:\\*
1. B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related).
2. 4-5 years of marketing experience in the blown film extruder machine industry.
3. Strong technical background and understanding of plastic/polymer processing.
4. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
6. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Good ranking from a reputed college/university.
\\*Desirable Skills:\\*
1. Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
2. Knowledge of CRM software.
3. Familiarity with industry-specific marketing platforms.
