Headquartered in Chennai, we export a wide range of South Indian Rice, Grocery, Papads, Frozen Food Products and Millet based health foods.
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our retail presence and drive sales through our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for online and offline marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* E-commerce Management: Manage the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience, product listings, and inventory management.
* Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
* Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing and e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
