MrMed is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and execute ATL (AbovetheLine) and BTL (BelowtheLine) marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
You will shape and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with MrMed\'s brand strategy, driving impactful ATL and BTL campaigns.
* Plan, execute, and manage ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
* Develop and implement ATL campaigns for offline marketing initiatives, including print ads, billboards, radio, TV, and more.
* Execute BTL campaigns, such as on ground activations, events, and other direct engagement activities, to increase brand presence.
* Ensure integration between online and offline marketing efforts in collaboration with the digital marketing and content teams.
Budget Management:
You will optimize campaign execution by ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget, while maximizing ROI.
* Monitor and manage marketing budgets for ATL and BTL activities to ensure cost effective execution.
* Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates for marketing materials and services.
* Ensure all campaigns are delivered within the agreed budget without compromising on quality.
New Ideas and Platforms for Promotion:
You will continuously explore and implement innovative marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and capture new opportunities.

* Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and community leaders to facilitate innovative brand promotion strategies.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in offline marketing and consumer behavior to keep MrMed\'s marketing strategy fresh and relevant.
Vendor Coordination:
You will manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, high quality execution of campaigns while maintaining cost effectiveness.
* Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget.

Collaboration and Reporting:
You will work cross functionally with teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and provide clear, data driven reports to measure success.

* Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on ATL and BTL activities.
* Proven track record of executing successful offline marketing campaigns.
* Excellent vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain strong relationships.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
* Ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for brand promotion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools for planning and reporting.
