Job Description

Position: Marketing & Sales - Dy. Mgr / Manager


Reports To: Bangalore Head


Department: Marketing & Sales - Bangalore


Minimum Experience : 6-8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Marketing.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with Chennai Real estate market.



Minimum Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration / MBA Marketing / Sales


JOB PURPOSE:



The primary goal will be to help the company stand out in a highly competitive marketplace and attract potential clients to buy properties by developing a strong brand identity that reflects company\'s core values. Use consistent branding across all marketing channels, including company website, social media and print collateral. Create informative and engaging content that provides value to all target audience.


Builds business by identifying prospects and selling, maintaining relationships with clients & Closing the deals.

Responsibilities & duties:

Training:

Market Research - To research, analyse and evaluate the competitive market environment with actionable recommendations


Go-to-Market strategy - Develops, manages, and implements creative, effective, and successful ATL & BTL marketing plans


Social Media Strategy - Create, execute and review Social Media strategy based on customer demographics, brand visibility and recognition. Develop & implement media strategy on Insta, youtube, Linkedin & twitter. Ensure the content is optimized for SEO to increase visibility and attract organic traffic


Lead Generation – Evolve a digital marketing strategy for online marketing through Google ads, face book ads – end to end Campaign management, plan & execution, promotion, loyalty program campaign


Content writing - For the brand and the projects on external sites or for any web tools & applications Reviewing / Writing Blogs for website and projects Corporate Website Content Management Coordinate and write content for PR activities Content for special activities upon request – which may include and not limited to corporate communications emailer, scripts and radio jingles, etc. Need to be good at Executing campaigns – Branding / Hoardings, Event set-up, BTL activities, ATL campaigns etc..


Vendor Management


Negotiation skills



Work with agencies / media partners for Advertising, Events, Public Relations – design, performance evaluation and impact analysis. Web management, review competitor, industry trends, market behaviour



Strategize and administer the firm's marketing budget – Monitor and track budget.



Partner with internal stakeholders such as Sales, CRM and leadership teams for conduct of special events such as expos, product launches and brand promotion activities.


Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the top management within Marketing preview.


Sales:


* Responsible to work towards sales and achieving the targets set by the Company.


* Achievement of sales targets by converting prospects given by the team members.


* Responsible for handing over the customer file to CRM after sale. Co-ordinating with CRM for customer documentations and collections


* Generating sales through customer referrals


* Preparing and maintaining Booking data and competitor analysis for the quarterly audits.


* Managing the model house and available units in the site.


* Responsible for effective use of Sell.do by self and the team.


* Timely Updating of ERP


* Handling all leads coming in through various channels through media and other campaigns/activities and converting them into sales by proper sales presentation, persuasion and through regular quality follow up.


* Handling out door campaigns, campus activities etc., to generate leads


* Providing monthly updates on competitor activities in the nearby area and planning & implementing counter strategies to overcome market challenges.


MIS / Reports:


* Prepare for meetings with relevant data / presentation


* Submit periodical report to the management


* Monitor and control budgets


* Prepare monthly / Quarterly / annual reports in line with management requirement


Cost Control:


* To implement time and cost effective solutions
* To manage budget
