Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The primary focus will be developing and executing marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, and collaborating with creative professionals to generate engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans to drive brand growth and engagement.
* Conduct market research to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Content Marketing & Collaboration:
* Work closely with videographers, photographers, and graphic designers to produce marketing content.
* Contribute creative ideas that align with marketing objectives.
* Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all content.
Social Media Management:
* Manage and grow all social media platforms, aligning them with the marketing strategy.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Monitor social media metrics and report on performance, making data-driven recommendations.
Brand Development & Community Engagement:
* Help build and maintain a strong brand presence across all channels.
* Engage with our online community, fostering positive relationships with followers.
* Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Candidates with a different educational background but with strong self-taught marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
* Some experience or internships in marketing, social media management, or related fields are preferred.
* Demonstrated passion for marketing and content creation, whether through personal projects, online courses, or freelancing.
* Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
