Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our senior marketing team to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
* Develop and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics
* Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities
* Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and graphics
* Help maintain the company website and ensure content is up-to-date
* Assist in managing and updating CRM and marketing databases
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 2-4 years of experience in marketing
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite) is a plus
* Creative mindset with a passion for marketing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
