Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Relationship Executive to manage our CRM activities and enhance our customer engagement. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with our customers and supporting our D2C business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
* Take and process customer orders through WhatsApp and other platforms.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and provide support.
* Assist in B2B marketing efforts by identifying potential business clients and reaching out to them.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
* Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field.
* Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service, sales, or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
