We are MaxR company (Group of SHAAJEE International), seeking a highly motivated and target driven Sales & Business Development candidate to join our Creative team.
The primary responsibility will be to generate & talk to leads & close deals consistently with revenue targets.
Previous experience working in a digital business is a huge plus, (not mandatory)
What will your typical day at MaxR look like:
* Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and networking to introduce our products/services and establish initial contact.
* Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads and prospects to understand their needs, address any concerns, and position our offerings as solutions to their problems.
* Deal Closing: Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and participate in sales meetings to help close deals.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion or product/service enhancements.
* Analyse marketing & sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and identify areas for improvement.
* Lead Generation for various campaigns: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, social media, and industry publications
* Research & Implement new ways to market & sell our digital services
* Manage stalls during events and expos to maximize sales opportunities
Skills you must possess
* Have a complete understanding of sales process
* Should have been in Sales and or Marketing with a proven track record
* Should have knowledge about CRM tools
* Excellent proficiency in speaking & writing English
* Have a good track record in achieving sales & marketing targets
* Strong communication with ability to handle objections like a boss and build rapport and relationships with clients
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.
Other desirable skills
* Experience working in IT and Digital business is a huge plus
* Digital marketing geek. One who knows inside out of how to generate & convert leads through digital marketing, share reports and insights on what works and what doesn\'t.
* Knowledge in creating marketing videos using apps.
