Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, etc.).
-Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness, landing page performance, and user experience.
-Analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
-Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
-Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
