Responsibilities:
◦ Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
◦ Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and lifetime value.
◦ Work closely with the content and creative teams to align marketing messages with overall brand strategy.
◦ Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
◦ Be proactive in exploring new trends and technologies to stay ahead in digital marketing.
◦ Flexibility: Must be adaptable to taking on additional responsibilities as needed, such as leading ad hoc projects, training junior marketers, and working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
