Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Mail Marketing champ who can also be a highly organized Client Coordinator and a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting & compelling email campaigns, analyzing digital marketing performance, and driving customer satisfaction with his excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services of all digital assets of DEV IT.
* Draft engaging emails, design drip marketing (Mail automation) and content tailored to various audience segments.
* Collaborate with the design team to create persuasive copy and compelling visuals.
* Must be expert with Mailchimp and outlook mass-mailing and other mailing platforms.
Client Relationship Management:
* Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal digital marketing team and other departments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project milestones, and deliverables.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, IT, analytics) to support the delivery of integrated digital marketing solutions.
Data collection, analysis and reporting
* Collect and organize data from various marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google, GMB, Social-media analytics, Google Analytics, mail analytics and etc.). and present in easy-to-understand way to build further strategy based on those reports
* Prepare and generate comparative documents with limitations, failures and success on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization for each campaign.
Performance Analysis:
* Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve email campaign results.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Intermediate level of digital marketing is required
* Proven experience (2-4 years) in email marketing, 1-2 years in client co-ordination within digital marketing is preferable within the IT or technology sector.
* Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Outlook mass-mail and CRM systems), Social-media and Google analytics
* Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong command over MS Office to present the data
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing strategy.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
