We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and experience with various performance marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms. Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance. Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective spending and adherence to overall marketing budgets. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders, including senior management. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. Customer Insights: Utilize customer data and feedback to refine targeting strategies and enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development basics. Experience with eCommerce platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
