Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook and Instagram.
* Create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging.
* Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner.
* Performance Marketing:
* Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
* A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and budgets to drive performance improvements.
* Community Engagement:
* Build and nurture online communities to increase brand loyalty and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
* Trend Analysis:
* Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
* Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within social media marketing.
* Design, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
* Utilize website creation skills to build user-friendly sites aligned with business goals.
* Proper communication to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing, specifically on Facebook and Instagram.
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Google Ads management and optimization.
* Website development skills, preferably with platforms like Shopify, WordPress etc.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
