Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital platforms to meet business objectives.

Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.

Optimization and Scaling:

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and LTV (Lifetime Value).

Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Monitor trends and insights from campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

Budget Management:

Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets across channels.

Track and report on performance, ensuring that the campaigns stay within the agreed budget.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.

Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to stakeholders.

Create performance dashboards and share periodic reports on key metrics.

Creative Development:

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative assets, such as banners, videos, and landing pages.

Ensure the creative messaging aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success, to align on objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Coordinate with external agencies or partners, if applicable, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.

Staying Updated:

Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and tools in digital marketing.

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies that could improve performance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns.

Skills:

Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.

Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.

Knowledge of SEO and how paid media integrates with organic search.

Understanding of attribution models and how to apply them to optimize marketing efforts.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or mobile app growth marketing.

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
