PPC Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven PPC Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media. You will manage budgets, analyze performance, and use data insights to drive successful campaigns that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management:
* Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create compelling ad copy.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
* Budget Management:
* Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
* Adjust bidding strategies to maximize results based on campaign data.
* A/B Testing:
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
* Test new ad formats, placements, and audience segments to optimize conversions.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
* Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track performance and user behavior.
* Optimization:
* Continuously refine and optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies based on performance data.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and paid search.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall digital marketing strategy.
* Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
* Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
* Ability to analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads is a plus.
