Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in weekly/monthly/quarterly performance evaluation and data analysis
* Proficient in managing paid media such as paid serch and paid social with various ad types
* Expertise in different bidding strategy for Paid Search and Paid Social
* Expertise in running search ads, display ads and video ads for B2B lead generation
* Familiarity with social media marketing on Meta, and LinkedIn
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
* Conduct data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI
* Manage search engine campaigns, search ads, and display/video ads effectively
* Execute performance max campaigns and B2B lead generation campaigns
* Utilize social media platforms like Meta and LinkedIn for ad campaigns
