### Program Manager
InfoAnalytica Consulting, a global marketing research and demand generation services company, is
looking for marketing & Sales professional, at its offices in Ahmedabad, to contribute to our
marketing and demand generation services business unit that delivers to several global customers.
infoAnalytica has serviced more than 250 corporations globally and delivers to industries such as
Technology, Software, Telecommunications, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services
(BFSI), Media and Publishing and Manufacturing. We work extensively with our North America
customers\' Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams for supporting their marketing and
demand generation needs. In this area, infoAnalytica has worked on a range of data verification,
data validation and data mining projects. We support our customers\' demand generation programs
by providing detailed intelligence of prospects that can be directly used for field sales,
telemarketing, email outreach and leveraging social media to acquire customers.
### What you\'ll do:
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and creative thinker with a strong experience in digital
marketing, and program management a) to lead, and b) manage client campaigns end to end. This
includes but isn\'t limited to:
* Gathering project requirements from stakeholders and planning and organizing client
campaigns.
* Responsible for timely delivery of client programs, revenue, and profitability targets for the
team
* Developing workflows and assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress daily.
* Developing and implementing change management in projects; and assessing, managing,
and mitigating risks.
* Identifying actionable insights from the available data / dashboards; and working with
stakeholders across operations, data services, sales, and customer success teams to
formulate effective program implementation strategies, and monitoring processes.
* Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user
guidelines.
* Develop regular program analysis for internal stakeholders and prepare monthly analysis for
client reviews.
* Day-to-day responsibilities will include floor discipline, project scheduling, project
prioritization, meetings/brainstorming sessions, tracking MIS on multiple projects, data
distribution, establishing daily output and efficiency/utilization of teams, relevant
escalations, review meetings and client interactions etc.
* Coaching, training, and counselling team members to enable them to be successful in their tasks. And fostering a culture of high performance, trust and customer centricity.
### Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or related field; with 5- 7 years of
working experience within Martech, Digital Marketing or related industries providing
products / services for international markets, and to enterprise clients.
* Should have hands-on experience in executing projects and exceeding customer
expectations, including experience with hands-on managerial roles, directly managing teams
(preferably distributed teams) and driving change.
* Excellent communication and articulation skills; with strong presentation and power point skills.
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to be able to effectively manage multiple programs and create a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
* An innate ability to remain calm and composed during times of uncertainty and stress; and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic, start-up type of environment.
* Should be a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of BI and project management tools.
