We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter for Social Media Influencers who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding influencers across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and others. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, a keen eye for talent, and a network of contacts within the influencer community.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and recruit social media influencers who align with our brand values and campaign goals.
* Conduct outreach to influencers via email, social media, and other platforms to initiate partnerships.
* Build and maintain relationships with influencers, understanding their needs, preferences, and content style.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and compensation packages with influencers and their representatives.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align influencer recruitment strategies with overall campaign objectives.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and potential new influencer talents.
* Maintain a database of influencer contacts, contract details, and performance metrics.
* Evaluate influencer performance based on campaign objectives, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations
* Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to strengthen our influencer network.
Desired Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in recruiting, influencer marketing, talent management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing trends.
* Proven experience in building relationships with influencers and negotiating contracts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects related to influencer marketing.
