Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with Educational Institutions to fix appointments for sales and relationship teams.
* Research and identify potential educational Institutions clients.
* Liaise between business development and sales/relationship teams. Provide insights on client needs and priorities.
* Maintain accurate calendars and prioritize appointments.
* Generate and qualify leads for follow-up.
* Nurture relationships with clients, gather feedback, and identify opportunities. Collaborate on customized solutions for client needs.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
* Act as primary contact for client scheduling and management.
* Maintain client information and database integrity.
* Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and provide optimization insights.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in appointment scheduling, calendar management, or administrative coordination, preferably in a sales or relationship management environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in scheduling software, calendar applications, and other productivity tools for managing appointments and schedules.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
* Creativity and innovation to contribute ideas and concepts for digital marketing campaigns and content.
