Key Responsibilities:
* Retail Management:
* Greet and handle clients with professionalism and warmth.
* Assist the sales team in ensuring smooth and efficient bookings.
* Maintain visual displays and ensure the upkeep of the retail outlet to reflect our brand aesthetics.
* Social Media & Content Creation:
* Plan, design, and execute social media content that aligns with the brand\'s image.
* Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, with a focus on engaging and expanding our audience.
* Create and manage content, including posts, stories, and graphics.
* Develop and maintain a LinkedIn profile that accurately represents the brand.
Qualifications:
* Strong background in design and social media marketing.
* Proven experience in retail management or client-facing roles.
* Proficient in graphic design tools and social media platforms.
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
* Ability to create compelling and brand-aligned content.
* Educational background in design, marketing, or related fields.
