Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting products or services. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets to enhance the company\'s market presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
* Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
* Promote products or services through marketing campaigns, online platforms, and in-person presentations
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, emails, and other channels
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and feedback to management
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build brand awareness
* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software
* Target-driven with a strong business acumen
