Position: Marketing Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Role and Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
* Content Creation: Design and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
* Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the service industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
