Organisation is leading manufacturing of Pharma Machinery and Pharma Process Equipment Manufacturing Industry located at Khatraj, Gandhinagar.

Required Education: BE/B. Tech in Mechanical / Electric Engineering with min 1 to 2 Years Experience as Marketing Executive in Pharma Machinery Manufacturing Industry.

Position Overview: The Sales & Marketing Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical machinery products. This role involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, experience in the pharmaceutical machinery sector, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Development:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
* Technical Expertise:
* Understand and articulate the technical features and benefits of our machinery products.
* Provide technical support and advice to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on customer requirements.
* Marketing Strategy:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our machinery products.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
* Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
* Customer Support:
* Offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with the service team to resolve any issues related to product installation and maintenance.
* Gather feedback from customers to drive product improvements and innovation.
* Reporting:
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
