Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our educational programs, increase brand awareness, and drive student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our NEET, JEE, and Foundation programs.
* Create content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
* Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
* Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
* Collaborate with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for potential partnerships.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
* Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and career fairs to promote the institute.
* Maintain relationships with current students and alumni to leverage testimonials and referrals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Creativity and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
