Duties & Responsibilities:
* Acquiring new clients and managing and retaining such
relationships by delivering best standard of services
* Activating dormant clients
* Making outbound calls & Calling leads generated through
Digital Marketing
* Contacting existing clients and pitch new investment
opportunities to them
* Understanding the problems and challenges of clients and
identifying clients resolution process
* Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation
for the business
* Achieving Targets as assigned by the company on a
monthly/quarterly basis
Qualifications:
* Undergraduate in any field
* Experience in stock broking company or mutual fund
* Good telecalling skills
* Must be able to convince customers to convert leads to sales
* Excellent Communication Skills in Gujarat & Hindi. English
will be an advantage
* A confident and determined approach.
* Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection.
