● Develop and execute Marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
● Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
● Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to meet client needs and company standards.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
● Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents as required.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
● 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architectural, construction, or interior design industry.
● Proven ability to generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry in the Hyderabad market.
● Experience with property management and real estate transactions
