Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at AVS Prime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, enhance brand visibility, and drive guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals and market positioning.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to foster business opportunities.
* Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media) to promote hotel services, packages, and events.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Sales Team Leadership: Oversee and train the sales team, setting targets and motivating them to achieve individual and team goals.
* Event Management: Coordinate and promote events, conferences, and meetings held at the hotel to increase visibility and bookings.
* Reporting & Analytics: Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Brand Development: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and communications.
* Guest Experience: Collaborate with operations to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the guest experience and service standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and online reputation management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
