Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our education and training team. The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts and strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, students, and corporate partners, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote our courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales & Revenue Generation
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment in educational programs.
* Identify and reach out to prospective students, schools, colleges, and corporate partners to promote our offerings.
* Conduct market research to understand the target audience and generate leads.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by actively selling to individuals and organizations.
* Follow up on leads through emails, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
* Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns to drive brand awareness and course enrollments.
* Organize and participate in educational events, webinars, seminars, and career fairs to promote offerings.
* Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print advertising.
* Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
* Develop promotional content, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, tailored to the needs of target audiences.
* Market Research & Business Development
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
* Stay updated with industry trends, changes in the education sector, and customer preferences.
* Develop partnerships with institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to expand business.
* Identify new course offerings and educational products in response to market demand.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Maintain a CRM database to track sales leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
* Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Monitor student feedback and satisfaction levels to improve future services.
* Reporting & Analytics
* Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and revenue generation.
* Analyze sales data to improve strategies and tactics.
* Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
* Passion for education and student success.

Pay: ₹10,931.04 - ₹30,000.00 per month
