The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy to achieve targets and driving new business development. The role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, coordinating with internal departments, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a hybrid role with the location being in Ahmedabad with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in sales in the field of biopolymers, packaging, or polymer/rubber material industry
* Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
* Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve
targets
* Strong customer relationship management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
* Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or relevant field
* MBA in sales or marketing is an added advantage
