Key Responsibilities:
* Lead efforts to acquire contracts from MNCs for employee transportation services across India.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in line with company goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on the transportation needs of large corporations.
* Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Victor Luxury Limousine's services.
* Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
* Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
* Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-contract.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
* Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
* Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Familiarity with the employee transportation market is a plus.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
