Role Overview:-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing
Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving
sales growth and implementing marketing strategies to expand our market
presence. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong sales
acumen,creative marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibility:-
1)Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company
targets and objectives.
2) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
and lead generation.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
needs and providing tailored solutions.
4) Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive
insights, and opportunities for growth.
5) Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to
effectively communicate value propositions.
6) Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, making
data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
opportunities to expand brand awareness and foster relationships.
Qualifications:-
1) Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or
related field.
2) Proven track record of success in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in
Fintech.
3) Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment.
6) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
