Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy across all divisions of Sangeetha's Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and a passion for community-focused initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning:
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for Sangeetha Studios, Smiles Child Development Center, and Cosderma Institute.
* Set measurable goals and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
* Campaign Management:
* Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Manage budgets and optimize spending across all digital channels for maximum ROI.
* Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and growth.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and strategies.
* Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Brand Development:
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all digital platforms.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content that resonates with our target audiences.
* Market Research:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
* Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in digital marketing.
* Partnerships & Collaboration:
* Build relationships with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record in e-commerce marketing, particularly in fashion or retail sectors.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance improvement.
