Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of E-Commerce to lead our online baby/infant products business, with a strong emphasis on managing and optimizing our presence on all Marketplace. This role will drive e-commerce growth through innovative strategies, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior within the baby products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Strategy Development:
A. Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that drives growth across all online channels, with a focus on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho
B. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
2. Marketplace Management:
A. Oversee the account, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
B. Monitor performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
3. Performance Optimization:
A. Utilize data analytics to evaluate e-commerce performance, implementing data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
B. A/B test marketing strategies, product assortments, and pricing to optimize performance on Amazon and other platforms.
4. Digital Marketing Leadership:
A. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, Amazon Advertising, and social media campaigns tailored to the fashion industry.
B. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional strategies that resonate with fashion consumers.
5. Customer Experience Enhancement:
A. Ensure a seamless online shopping experience across all channels, focusing on user interface design, customer service, and post-purchase engagement.
B. Develop strategies for enhancing customer loyalty and retention, particularly through Amazon Prime and other membership programs.
6. Team Development:
A. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing e-commerce team with expertise in fashion and online retail.
B. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
A. Work closely with product development, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory management and fulfillment.
B. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure website functionality and optimal performance on e-commerce platforms.
8. Budget Management:
A. Oversee the e-commerce budget, focusing on efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
B. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external partners and service providers.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record in the fashion industry and experience on Amazon Marketplace.
· Strong analytical skills with expertise in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and Amazon Seller Central.
· In-depth knowledge of fashion retail trends and consumer behavior.
· Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on driving results.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for creative problem-solving.
