Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility in the real estate market.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print advertising, events, and partnerships.
* Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
* Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
* Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective buyers and investors, collaborating closely with sales teams to convert leads into sales.
* Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing channels and campaigns.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role in the real estate industry, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
