Job Overview: SS GOLD INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry products and services.
* Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and industry partners.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
