Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, pitching our digital marketing services, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, presenting our solutions, and driving successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
* Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
* Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress, performance, and new opportunities.
* Pitching & Sales:
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's digital marketing services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing strategies and campaigns for clients.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
* Campaign Management:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals.
* Work closely with the creative, content, and technical teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports to clients, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Client Onboarding:
* Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services.
* Set expectations with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
* Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
* Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks in client campaigns and work to resolve them swiftly.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions in a timely manner.
* Market Research & Trends:
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales within a digital marketing agency.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
* Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
