ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* The candidate should have experience in on-page, off-page, and technical analysis, as well as knowledge in competitive analysis.
* Develop, execute, and track data-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve traffic to Aroopa.
* Research and analyze performance, competition, and market trends to proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and take corrective actions.
* Optimize on-page information including page content, meta tags, heading tags, alt tags, and attributes.
* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
* Track websites using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
* Manage and complete tasks according to assigned timelines.
* Assist with creating and presenting status reports, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders, ongoing optimization of campaigns, setting up new campaigns, and helping meet lead generation goals.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and applicable technologies, as well as developments in SEO, social media, analytics, online marketing, e-commerce, and online consumer behavior.
* Conduct keyword research and publish blog posts.
* Must have knowledge of running Google and Amazon ads (sponsored products, brand, display experience), as well as familiarity with Meta and LinkedIn Ads. Additionally, they should have a track record of achieving good returns on advertising investments.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement based on the collected data.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's / Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SEO Analyst, with a proven track record of successfully creating and implementing SEO plans and strategies that have significantly improved search rankings, increased organic traffic, and driven measurable growth in audience engagement.
* Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahref
* Good understanding of e-commerce
* Proficiency in working on Microsoft Word , Excel, and
* Having Knowledge of HTML / CSS is an added
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others able to maintain poise under stress and to respond quickly, logically, and patiently to questions or requests.
