Job Description:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of SEO for our robotics company. You will lead strategies for keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO audits, link-building efforts, and performance monitoring to ensure our website ranks well and reaches the right audience. Your role is critical in ensuring our website attracts the right traffic and provides visibility to our robotics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms related to
humanoid robots, AMRs, AGVs, and robotics-related services that will drive targeted traffic.
● Develop and execute an effective SEO content strategy to create, optimize, and improve content that is aligned with the keywords and meets search engine best practices.
● Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting website performance (e.g., page speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing), and work with developers to implement fixes.
● Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and by establishing relationships with industry-related websites, robotics blogs, and tech publications.
● Monitor SEO performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to analyze rankings, traffic, and conversions.
● Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, images, and internal links to improve organic rankings.
● Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations and ensure the site structure supports ranking efforts.
● Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continual improvements in rankings.
● Create regular reports that detail SEO performance, including keyword rankings, traffic, backlinks, and technical issues, along with actionable insights for improvement.
● Improve user experience (UX) and site architecture to enhance search engine visibility and provide value to users through clear, engaging, and informative content.
Required Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
● Expertise in keyword research, content strategy, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
● Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
● Experience conducting SEO audits and working with developers to fix technical SEO issues.
● Understanding of search engine algorithms and the latest trends in SEO best practices.
● Experience optimizing content for robotics, technology, or B2B industries is a plus.
● Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive insights for improvement.

4. Link Building:
● Build high-quality backlinks from relevant robotics blogs, tech websites, industry magazines, and academic publications.
