Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and creative Senior Social Media Strategist with over 5 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, content creation, influencer marketing campaigns, and meme marketing initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for social media trends, a knack for creative writing, and a proven track record in driving engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
* Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy adjustments.
* Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns and optimize performance.
* Create & execute strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
* Plan, Create content and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
* Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
* Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
* Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using Facebook Dashboard/Instagram App insights
* Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Content Creation:
* Create compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms including text, images, videos, and graphics.
* Collaborate with the design and video production teams to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
* Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Influencer Marketing:
* Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience.
* Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Track and report on the performance of influencer partnerships.
Creative Writing:
* Craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
* Ensure all written content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
* Develop creative concepts and narratives for social media initiatives.
Meme Marketing:
* Stay updated on trending memes and internet culture to create relatable and shareable content.
* Integrate memes into social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
* Monitor meme performance and audience reactions to optimize future meme content.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, influencer marketing, and creative writing.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and concepts.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Experience with meme marketing and a deep understanding of internet culture.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
